Step 1:  Book your repair ticket by filling up the following form with all the relevant information asked about your device.

Step 2: Call us on +44 (0) 20 8427 6809 to arrange the collection  or  Drop your device at our work station. 

Step 3: We shall email you a collection label and instructions. Please attach the label and following the packaging instruction.
( Please check your junk or spam folder, just in case)

Step 4: Get your quote & we will repair your device.

We also do same day collections in some circumstances but you must call us
before 10:30 to arrange. ( Subject to courier availability.)
